I have worked in the BPO industry for 10 years and most of it as a customer/technical representative. I handled home consumer products such as TVs, home theatre systems and mobile phones. In 2015, I started handling my own team and as a team leader, I was responsible for making sure that my team performs well by coaching them on a weekly basis. I stayed in the same company for almost 10 years and I think that says a lot about my loyalty, dedication and work ethics. I am willing to work in this same field and I am looking for something long term.
