Supervise and lead the daily operations of the talent acquisition team.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
Oversee job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire).
Monitor industry trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Maintain talent pipelines for key roles and proactively source passive candidates.
Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.

regulations and policy in all Project Sites. Implements disciplinary action in case of violation
of office policy.
Prepares and maintains an updated record of offenses committed by employees at Site and
action taken thereon for reference as basis for the future company action. Submits the
same to the AHRD Head for Operation at the end of every quarter.
Prepares Contracts of Project Employment and Job Description.
Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process of technical and skilled positions.
Prepares and facilitates request of office supply of project site.
Monitors and submits inventory report of office supplies every week and at the end of the
year.
Facilitates of Performance Evaluation at Project Site.
Prepares Summary of Performance Evaluation for the respective site.
Receives and checks summary of performance evaluation at site.
Monitors training of employees and submits quarterly training report to AHR Main.
Prepares and issues Notice of AWOL, Notice of Termination, Notice of End of Project
Employment, and Movement Form.
Prepares and submits Termination Report to DOLE.
Performs other task which may assign by the HRD Head/ Manager and Project Managers.
