Moved to this more official title, the role was almost the same except that
my focus was set to just one, major project which was for a longer timeline.
I had a bigger team to work on, monitoring project from the design stage
down to purchasing, assembly, until the machine was installed in the
customer’s site. Coordination, meetings and discussions were more
frequent, elaborate and time-pressured, as being a PM required you to be
the link between all the departments.
Part of the job was to work on various systems and applications that worked
best in reflecting the project’s progress, generating reports and analyzing
areas that needed my attention.
Finally, consistently updating the client on the project’s status through
emails and reports, especially on issues that came up during the machine
testing period.

I was tasked to handle short-term projects which was focused on the bread
and butter of the client’s business. This meant that I had to deliver a
manufactured machine/parts as agreed in the contract, in good working
condition, and within the specified timeline.

the customer on project updates, as well as working with then a small team
through daily meetings and schedule monitoring.
