GLIMPSE OF MY LATEST WORK Significantly reduces the level of appeal increase in system by managing Aksi Nyata Manual Validation in Platform Merdeka Mengajar (2024) Situation & Task There was an increase in data appeals (objections) to the Aksi Nyata Validation system due to automation system updates. The normal number of appeals is 2-3 thousand per week raised to 20 thousand per week, and accumulation occurs up to around 200 thousand, SLA up to 3 months. Need to shorten the SLA to 1 month.
