A total of 11 years overall working experience in a customer service and technical field with a very fast paced
environment.
I’ve been a Customer Service Support for 1.10 years both part-time and full-time in local Companies and
supporting international accounts.
Then became a Telephone Banker to one of the most popular banks in United States of America.
And continued my financial field as a Collections Consultant for an Australian account.
Then shifted my career as a Human Resources particularly handling Workers’ Compensation and Leaves for an
American company.
Until I tried my other skills by being a Technical Support for an American internet service provider.
Then continued my technical skills in overseas as a Service Desk for 2 years then became a Subject Matter Expert
on the same account for manufacturing and distributor of power systems for aviation company.
And eventually became an Incident Management Analyst for the same account and organization with a high
knowledge on the Enterprise Service Management.

Computer literacy: MS Office Business Applications / General Software Application Fundamentals and it’s
technical intervention.
