ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
- Responsible for monitoring emails and sending emails to clients
- Accepts, and declines orders from private clients, Solidifi, Nationwide
Appraisals Services, Value Connect and Brookfield.
- Assists customer's inquiry and concerns
- Check orders and MLS listing in TREB/Stratus or in Real Estate Board.
- Do initial editing of appraisal reports
- Edit some report presentation and company logos
- Assign orders to appraisers and update them regarding the orders
- Monitors the appraisal orders and update the CEO for their appointments.
- Do sales invoices for customers and check appraisers' invoices.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT / LOAN PROCESSOR
- Process business loans of customers
- Assists customers' inquiries and concerns thru phone calls
- Do credit repair process of customer for Experian, Transunion and Equifax
- Process necessary document for customer's application for store cards such
as Gemplers.
