I have a total of 2 years experience at call center company assisting US and UK customers. I was trained and developed at a large call center in the Philippines and served as customer service representative and financial collector for 2 years. I do also data encoding for almost 2 years.
I can render customer support and inquiry and will do everything I can to delight and help the customers.
