Duties and Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding all the information in the study documents, the informed
consent, and the Protocol
Plans and coordinates the initiation of research study protocol, and the establishment of
operating policies and procedures
Plans, implements, and maintains data collection systems in support of research
protocol; may coordinate the collection and analysis of research data for use by local
investigators
Ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection
activities; acts as the primary administrative point of contact for IHVN and study site
Supervises and coordinates the provision of support services to the study director

Monitors the progress of research activities; develops and maintains records of research
activities, and prepares periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by investigators,
administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support, and report, to the Site Commander and Site Team
Leader in the coordination of HIV care services
Ensure that all hospital HIV data is accurate, relevant and submitted to the Emergency
Plan Implementation Committee (EPIC) Liaison Office on a monthly basis
Report all program equipment failures including utilities immediately to the EPIC Liaison
Office and DODHPN
Assist the Site Team Leader in the management and accountability of program operating
funds provided in support of the HIV
Coordinate with the individuals above to identify and forecast logistical needs in support
of the overall HIV care mission at the site
Monitor site activities across all departments and provide periodic updates to the Site
Team Leader

making corrections as necessary
