My Experience is Vast as I have worked in Different Firms As an Admin, Operations Officer, Secretary and Customer Care. I worked both as a Secretary and Also a Customer Care Representative during my 1 Year of Service in Nigeria during my time my role was seen as Supportive to the Main Staffs, To Write on Minutes of meeting, Take notes of Inventories, Communicating with Customers to know their Problems and Offer Solutions, I stumbled on Varieties of Ideas on how to make the Life of customers Easier and was able to Help Implement Change in the Customer Service Areas of the Firms.
