My Experience is Vast as I have worked in Different Firms As an Admin, Operations Officer, Secretary and Customer Care. I worked both as a Secretary and Also a Customer Care Representative during my 1 Year of Service in Nigeria during my time my role was seen as Supportive to the Main Staffs, To Write on Minutes of meeting, Take notes of Inventories, Communicating with Customers to know their Problems and Offer Solutions, I stumbled on Varieties of Ideas on how to make the Life of customers Easier and was able to Help Implement Change in the Customer Service Areas of the Firms. I was Applauded for My Utmost Intelligence on the Reviews of Both Staff and Customer Relations that were necessary for good Cohabitation for the Firm, Ability to Turn Ideas into Reality and Made sure it was seen Through and thorough, as I was able to listen to the Customers to better Enhance our Services, i have also learnt cold calling and also how to link Clients with services that want them to be rendered which I have 2 years of experience in recruiting too and ensuring that services are rendered with care and precision and on time.
