Human Resource Consultant/Trainer (Jan 2018 – to date)
The Isles Group was registered in 2014. The HR & Career Advisory Division provides training and
consultancy in the areas of human resource management and general management.
Key Responsibilities
I am accountable for the execution of business development strategy and responsible for marketing and
market development of all services and product lines for The Isles Group to new and existing clients.
I am responsible for prospecting for and acquiring new business in order to achieve the business growth
targets; maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty through excellent customer service as
well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business and sustain the business relationship and
preparing/delivering competitive proposals and quotations for client organizations and follows up to
increase the hit rate.
I also participate in designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house); facilitation,

economic development across Africa, Middle East and Asia that capitalizes on our company’s 90 years
as a leading farm-to-market agribusiness.
Key Responsibilities
In my role, I partnered with the Chiefs of Parties and Regional Program Directors on HR matters which
include Organizational Design; Work Culture, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and
Organizational Development.
I provided day-to-day HR support to 14 projects in 10 countries in the region which includes: project
start-ups & close-downs; HR Manuals & Procedures; employee relations; policy compliance; staff
planning; recruitment; performance management; training and development; compensation and
employee benefits.
In the Kenya office, I was the custodian of all staff files; sit in the Senior Management Team (SMT) and

season. I joined the company as a Field Assistant and held various positions.
