The role was to absorb the responsibilities of the State management, roll out Mini Clean and ensure an effective transition of systems. During my 9 months tenure, CMC did not lose a contracted site in Queensland, and for this, were resultantly positioned with stability in the business and a successful acquisition. 2016 SOFTWARE DESIGN & MARKETING DIRECTOR – Mini Clean Pty Ltd During my 6-year tenure with Mini Clean I managed a team of up to 5 developers working on restructuring of the Firm’s marketing & operations into an efficiency driven, ground-up software platform to assist in improving the automation potential of the business from end to end. The position required an aptitude for parallel project cohesion as I was the key component to ensuring all aspects of the business came together fluently into one highly efficient custom software suite for an administration of 15 admin staff off shore, 6 admin staff in Australia and 300 cleaners as well as the clients associated; all utilising the one system. The development successfully unified various departments & modules within the business including; internet marketing & social media, HR, auto-training, contract management, site measuring/proposals, bookings/scheduling, GPS coordinating, inventory, SMS/telephone integration, automated communications, quality control/surveys/ratings, compliance, regulation diligence, tracking, follow up, reporting and a complex invoicing & receivables structure. 2010 FREELANCE SOFTWARE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT 2004 NATIONAL LOGISTICS MANAGER – Spectra Precision Laser I was contracted as the National Manager of logistics for a pioneering Australian Firm in laser instrumentation, distributing to the Construction, Mining and Agriculture industries nationwide.
