Cinephile, Former Video Producer and an Englishman in Italy. Next venture, to build on my skills as a video
graphic designer and teacher, and grow a future for myself in Italy with my partner.

All my lessons are conducted in the English language and are designed to be fun
and enjoyable. I present mime and illustrations to teach words and grammar, then
use interactive games for students to practice what they have learned. I’m
currently preparing students for Trinity grades 1-4.

Within this role I developed skills in project management, customer services and
accounts administration. I'm a sole trading professional within the brand and
conduct the entire production process. My goal was to create an alternative video
production service for corporate and short online videos in Bath and Bristol. One
in which provided high quality tailored and designed videos at an affordable rate.
My services cover content strategy, pre-production scripting, video production,
post-production editing to final format with project backup for alternative
formatting requests by the client. Currently my video production brand has
covered wedding and event videos, marketing, project articles, course content and

Performing Arts
Children aged 6 to 16 entered my classroom and within one hour left learning
something new and had fun in the process. As long as a child has done these two
things in my classroom, I feel fulfilled. During my time in this role I challenged the
children to be at their best. They produced six high quality short films, winning 2
national film festival awards and 3 more accolades. I have never felt more proud
knowing that I can inspire and challenge a group of students to go the distance.

Assistant Film Editor at Shunk Films
This was a temporary role for the production company's short film entitled "A Girl
and Her Gun". My main responsibility was to prepare footage from the entire film
production for the film editor and colour grader. Activities included creating a
sequence of all footage uncut in chronological order of slate with labelled audio
files correctly synced with the appropriately slated video files. Creating a sequence
with all footage with clapper loader cut in chronological order of film script.

As a videographer I work with clients to film events. To achieve this I use a Canon
Digital SLR EOS 550D camera, Canon and Tokina lenses and a Zoom H4N audio
recording device. My work experience includes a wedding, a musical performance
and an awards ceremony.

I work on location with the director during production to record all dialogue from
performers and subjects. To achieve this I use a Zoom H4N sound recording device
connected to a Rode NTG2 microphone attached to a Rode 3 metre boom pole.
Productions include "TSP" a documentary produced by Rich Wareham and "Enemy
of the Stars" a theatrical film produced by Brod Productions.

Temporary Film Technician at Norwich University of the Arts
My main responsibility was to produce an educational resource video for the
fashion department. Entitled "Sitting by Nellie", the video demonstrates the
methodology of specialist traditional handcraft techniques incorporating Couture
Bespoke Tailoring, Couture Garment construction and hand finishing.
Commissioned by Sue Chowles (Fashion Course Leader), Presented by former
Savile Row tailor Joan Brown and assisted by Laura Old (Fashion Lecturer). My
duties included four days video production of Joan Brown's presentation assisted
by Laura Old on location in the fashion lab at the university and concluded with
two months post-production editing and production of master dual DVD project
including menus and chapters.

My main responsibility was to produce a video representing the company's
services. This was to be displayed at their exhibition stand during networking
events and also used as a resource for training at their main office. The video
required a week of video production on location with the team and two months of
post-production editing.

My degree focused on moving image in film production, motion graphic design and
art installation. I personally focused on video and film production design and
post-production editing.
During my first year 2009/2010 I directed the photography in a short fantasy film,
designed and produced sound for a film introduction sequence and researched the
history of film adaptations of graphic novels. In my second year 2010/2011, I
co-produced a pilot for a web series that was also selected and screened at the
Norwich Film Festival 2011, produced a short sci-fi film and researched
Meta-Narrative, Time-Travel and religious iconography within the film "Donnie
Darko". In my final year 2011/2012, I produced a short dramatic film and
researched Noir conventions within the film "Memento".

Chippenham Half Marathon Runner at Stroke Association
I chose to run the half marathon in aid of the Stroke Association because a good
friend suffered a stroke in 2014. Thankfully she is alive and well. I completed the
half marathon with a time of 2 hours, 10 minutes and 6 seconds, raising £398 for
