I am currently working as a Global Service Desk for a Data Center located in different countries. I have handled Outbound Sales before for Virgin Media. Right now, I worked as a service desk, I usually deal with order submission, shipments of our customer, handling calls inbound or outbound. Also, I am handling the emails to register a profile, acknowledge request, calling our site globally and troubleshooting some service impacting issues of our customer. Some of our clients are from social medias like Twitter, Meta, Tiktok and Google. My schedule at work is PST for 9 hours and 5 days a week. I am currently residing in Manila and looking for a part time. I also have an experience in lead generation and data entry task. In my past job, I have handled our social media official account as chat support and reservation officer of resort here in the Philippines.
