Hi, I'm Benita.I have 20+ years of experience in the the aviation industry. My journey started with Dnata travel on the front lines managing travel arrangements for major corporate clients, and over time I moved to Emirates Airline and grew into roles that really allowed me to dive deep into data, strategy, and customer insights.
My previous role was as a Strategic Planning Manager within the marketing strategy team at Emirates, where I lead a team that helps shape our marketing and brand strategies. My focus is on making sure our campaigns are backed by solid data and actually move the needle in achieving business goals.
Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Insights Manager within the same team during a pretty challenging time for the industry—the pandemic. One of my proudest moments was identifying students as a key travel segment, which led to new offers and a sizeable uplift in revenue. I’m naturally curious, so I get a lot of satisfaction from uncovering hidden opportunities through data.
Prior to that I worked as a Revenue Optimization Manager in the Analytics team, supporting the flight inventory team. My highlight in this role was the design and implementation of a KPI scorecard to measure the performance of inventory analysts this brought together multiple metrics—like seat availability, and overbooking
I enjoy collaborating with teams across departments, sharing insights, and mentoring others. I’m adaptable, love a challenge, and I’m always looking for new ways to use data to drive business impact.
