• Customer Support ( check and update the customers/retailers regarding their orders, if there are problems/concerns about the delivery)

• Problem-Solving ( real-time solutions and alternatives, adjusting to additional work load)

I also was previously a Chief Operations Officer for my friend's start-up construction company and an independent contractor for interior & exterior fit-outs. I helped in processing the necessary documents for the business registration, hire the additional workforce, looked for potential projects clients, oversee the operations, and reports to the CEO.
