I have five years of administrative support experience in various industries such as logistics, construction, and supply chain. As an operation administrative assistant, I am responsible for:

  • Planning ( forecasting of goods/ materials, preparation of customers/suppliers' order, work plan)

Inventory (warehousing)

  • Dispatching (scheduling of trucks, unloading/loading of goods/materials, routing)

  • Data entry & reports (customers'/suppliers' order details, inventory of goods, storage conditions, daily operations report sent to the Operations Manager)

  • Customer Support ( check and update the customers/retailers regarding their orders, if there are problems/concerns about the delivery)

  • Problem-Solving ( real-time solutions and alternatives, adjusting to additional work load)

With my administrative tasks, I mostly use the following applications:

  • Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)

  • Systems Application Program or SAP

  • SketchUp (for furniture designs)

  • Google Applications (Chrome, Google Sheets, Slides, Drive Gmail)

  • Facebook (Page, Marketplace, Groups)

  • Youtube

  • Instagram

I also was previously a Chief Operations Officer for my friend's start-up construction company and an independent contractor for interior & exterior fit-outs. I helped in processing the necessary documents for the business registration, hire the additional workforce, looked for potential projects clients, oversee the operations, and reports to the CEO. This works to my advantage to your company as I understand how a business works and needs.
