To effectively contribute to the society by participating fully in the ICT sector as a Leader and an engineer, I have majored thoroughly in the Information Technology field with all my passion. With my vast experience and skills in carrying out ICT related projects implementation, I have been able to undergo technological transformation in programming skills, such as proficiency in Visual Basic.net, Python Programming (PCAP-CISCO Certification, able to develop, troubleshoot and maintain web-based programmes), as well as CCNA (CISCO Networking, able to setup, troubleshoot and maintain intelligent network systems) and ICT lecturing. As a leader, I have been able to develop and lead a startup ICT company from scratch in 2010 to a sizeable portfolio of 10 staff and clientele in the vast North Rift and Western Region by 2021. This has enabled me to develop good interpersonal and relational skills in how to integrate business in our social economic activities. Coming from the private sector, where efficiency, accuracy, value of time and customer satisfaction are some of the key propellants for growth and development of any company, I will carry with me these skills into the government sector, that is Trans Nzoia County to spar service delivery to the residents of the county as an ICT County Director. Through Directing and Evaluating, I will liaise with user departments to ensure effective use of ICT equipment and safe custody of their manuals and licenses through lock and key or password encryption. With my IT lecturing skills I will ensure training, staff appraisals and preparation of staff performance reports through automation or form filling. I am capable of ensuring systems development,implementation and allocation of user profiles and resources as per systems development life cycle. I am capable of developing and coordinating systems development according to Systems Design and Analysis life cycle while ensuring adherence to established ICT standards. Capable and will ensure Design and oversee the development of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
