WORK EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES Mombasa Cement LTD| Feb-2015- Current| ICT systems support Administrator. • Provide support, guidance and training to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment. •In charge of domain i.e. creating new users, managing passwords and email registration as required by the company • Test, Install, configure, upgrade and update new computer systems and hardware this also includes setting up peripherals such as printers, projectors, routers and switches. • Managing firewalls (Sophos) as well as troubleshooting network-related service issues including performance, outages and anomalous behaviors.
