Invite friends, family or business associates for dinner and spend the evening in the kitchen while they enjoy themselves. What was I thinking? Why not hire a Personal Chef to do the work while you enjoy the evening too? Let one of our chefs prepare your meal. Because the food is prepared in the client's kitchen we limit the number of guests to 30 or less. This also helps to insure the great quality you expect from your Personal Chef. If you like, we can even prepare the meal early and leave before the guests arrive for that invisible chef touch. You enjoy the compliments and it will be our secret! Or if you just need us to help your prep we can do that too. Services will be billed at a commission rate plus the cost of food (we will work within your budget) and any additional equipment and labor necessary. Our Chef will design a custom menu, shop for the finest ingredients and prepare your dinner in your home. Dinners will be served on client's place settings and silverware. Please keep in mind that these menus are simply suggestions and our chef will be happy to customize our packages to suit your budget, tastes and needs. Chicken Menu – Oven BBQ chicken wings (with options of plain, regular, honey, lemon pepper, sweet teriyaki and breaded flavors), Grilled chicken tikka, Tandoori chicken, One pan roasted chicken & potatoes and Thai BBQ chicken. Pork Menu – Spicy glazed pork ribs, Backyard BBQ pork chops, Herb and garlic crusted pork chops, BBQ baby back ribs. Steak Menu – Grilled ribeye with grilled lemon pepper asparagus, Grilled flank steak with onions, Basil-oregano T-bone steak, Rosemary-red wine flat iron steak, cow boy steak and chill & brown sugar rubbed steak. Burger Menu – Smoked whiskey bacon burger, Onion burger, Double bacon cheese burger, Grilled hamburger, Cajun burger, Chili cheese burger. Others Menu – Includes BBQ hot dogs, Grilled sausages, Grilled sandwiches Kebabs and Skewers/Mshikaki (with options of steak fajita, roasted veggies, teriyaki chicken, BBQ chicken bacon flavors) Other Menu We offer also offer accompaniments to our BBQ delicacies depending on preference. Accompaniments Menu – Fries (with options of plain, spicy or masala flavor), Roasted potatoes and Baked potato salad. There is also an option of a variety of sides and dips used as sauces & spreads. [Sides Menu] – Coleslaw, Salads, Grilled vegetables and Baked beans [Dips Menu] – Guacamole, BBQ sauce, Mayo steak sauce, Romesco sauce and Spicy Thai BBQ dipping sauce. NB – for now most of our recipes don’t carter for vegetarian diets but we are working on incorporating vegetarian meals in our menus. Thank you. Bookings should be done a week before the date of party/event. In the case of an impromptu booking special arrangements can be made. But we strongly advice on prior booking because every successful BBQ & Grill party/event requires sufficient preparation and planning.
