My mindset is pretty straightforward and efficient I would say. Learn more, be more, worth more. Having that said, I only learn things that are related to video production or videos in general. I don't like mediocricity so I don't want to be okay in a hundred things, rather I prefer to be razor sharp in things that helps my clients achieving better results.
