PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mapalé Diseño (Design Agency) / 2017 - 2025
- Project Manager – Agency Services Division -): This role combined commercial and operational
responsibilities. My main duties included acquiring new projects, managing proposals, and closing sales. Once projects
were approved, I managed service delivery with multidisciplinary teams (designers, digital team, web developers,
editors, among others), ensuring budget compliance, quality of deliverables, and deadlines.
In this role, I worked with clients such as Roche and the League Against Cancer, supporting virtual and hybrid
conferences for patient foundations, as well as multiple web development projects, video production for online
courses, and branding projects for clients such as the United Nations (UNIDO) and Fernando Mazuera, among
others.In parallel, I worked closely with the agency director to define commercial goals for the department and
monitor their achievement, as well as coordinating with the administrative team on invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Account Executive – Product Development Division -): This position involved managing and developing
new business opportunities with all Bavaria brands. I worked closely with the design and development teams on
proposals, samples, counter-samples, and cost structures. Once projects were approved, I handled sales closure and
followed up with the production team to ensure quality control, timelines, production delivery, and administrative
closure. Key clients included Bavaria, Coca-Cola, and Allianz.
- Digital Analyst -): In this role, I analyzed campaign and content performance, prepared performance
reports, and provided recommendations to optimize paid media and achieve campaign objectives. I worked with
clients from the construction sector (Hayuelos, Deeb Asociados), healthcare sector including patient foundations and
healthcare providers (IPS San Luis, Funcolombiana), entertainment and music events (Techsound, Parábola), theater

- Commercial Assistant (2017): Responsibilities included updating commercial tools and client databases, generating
