Belal Joma Franji

I'm Belal Al-Afranji, I hold Bachelor degree of business administration with the second honor degree .

I've worked as Human Resource Supervisor after I’ve finished a financial journey with currency exchange as private business. I was a field coordinator at SYFS-CTP project. Before that I was a volunteer at SYFS and worked with eg2020 team. I’ve learned and still learning how USAID programs are working in livelihood and emergencies and my main responsibility was to help ERR and livelihood teams in their processes such like FI, NFI and the registration on eg2020.ps. I have started the NGOs this year but I believe it was a good start and so much motivated to be an effective part in the community.

I have gained most of my experience outside the NGOs since I was a retail-sales representative in the biggest communication company in Gaza and led a team that consisted of 40 field-representatives in order to achieve targeted sales for the company and I was responsible to spot different localities around Gaza Strip to direct the field representatives to these targeted areas. In addition, I have a good command in English with IELTS certificate.

I’ve attended many management courses, working on different computer programs including professional use of the MS Office programs in addition to some skills that totally match different positions .

After all I am a fast learner person who believes that life is a learning process and would seek continuous personal development.
