Track the financial progress of all the organization projects Ensure proper implementation of project field activities to be able to effect the required payments and subsequent justifications Carryout financial reporting according to funder’s regulations and procedures in compliance with that of HEDECS Conduct financial analysis and Organizational auditing with the internal and external auditors of the Organisation Carryout monthly bank reconciliations per project Financial Risk management implementation, financial modeling, forecasting and financial reporting Prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically Ensure that an organization has enough finances to meet its obligations and achieve its objectives. Track and maintain an up-to-date inventory record of stock, in the different programs I will be involved Create and carry out financial plans that include short- and long-term objectives, budgets, cash flow estimates, and risk management methods Involve in resource mobilization for the organization Preparation of issued bills and invoices Task Performed Draft and Implement Project budget lines in compliance with the US-PEPFAR funding policies Coordinate and control project spending and expenses Lead Implementing Community Base Organisations project finance officer in relation to budget stipulated policies Preparation of payment notes and finance reports of the project to PEPFAR Act as a financial liaison between PEPFAR and other implementing CSOs Act as a financial expert between PEPFAR, HEDECS and other CSOs in the four implementing zones across Cameroon Task Performed -Monitor project expenses and cash flow to ensure efficient utilization of project funds and in compliance with financial regulations of the project and HEDECS. -Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to provide accurate and timely financial information to the Project funder. -Monitor budget utilization and expenditure patterns, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective measures. -Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with organizational and donor requirements. -Maintain effective organizational financial control systems to prevent fraud or misappropriation. -Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, donor requirements and organizational policies. Comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding financial reporting, taxation and procurement. -Collaborate with project team members and project coordinator to ensure effective coordination and Communication related to financial matters. -Participate in organizing project national restitution workshop Task Performed Ensure proper and accurate accounting and project budget monitoring Work in synergy with project manager, data clerk and community program staff to plan, execute, finalize and report project according to strict deadlines and within budget lines. Prepare monthly financial justifications for Community based organization. Assist in conducting restitution trainings and building capacity of project site monitors on grant procedures and compliance Ensuring consistent application of financial and administrative polices and standards operating procedures. Ensuring project operational planning and quarterly/annual updates with project manager Carried-out weekly/monthly project coordination meetings with project manager, Data clerk, Site monitors, to archive a close monitoring of resolutions. Task Performed Work in synergy with project supervisor, coordinator and community program staffs to plan, execute, finalize and report projects according to strict deadlines and within budget lines. Manage Project operating budget, in addition to reviewing project performance in consultation with management and stakeholders Ensure and Improved visibility of daily project expenses and revenues. More accurate accounts for bills, expenses, accruals Ensure accurate accounting and project budget monitoring; Set up an organized accounting system, respecting accounting principles and meeting the requirements of the project and the revised SYSCOHADA; Prepare and edit monthly financial reports; Participate in monthly cash statements and bank reconciliations; Collaborate with the accountants of the regional SR; Follow the management of stocks and "day to day" movement of products in the - program Produced product reports (physical inventory of products and inventory management sheets by nature of the product, origin and month) Archiving at the accounting level, copies of supporting documents in the various journals (cash, bank, mobile payments) and at the inventory level, monthly physical inventories accompanied by the various stock management sheets by type of product as well as supporting documents Showing the various transactions appearing in the stock management sheets (delivery note for entries and exit/discharge note for stock exits); Perform any other task assigned by the hierarchy. Work in compliance with confidentiality standards and not to make public comments or statements likely to infringe the privacy and security of all project stakeholders, including that of the beneficiaries -Effectively and efficiently manage the HEDECS BAFUT-Global Fund New Funding Model Accounts with the highest level of transparency; -Prepare Process Verbal for the payment of fixed and variable bonuses of CHWs. -Collect and compile all justifications related to payments made for project activities, project staff according to the financial procedure manual provided by REACH-OUT -Produce and submit all justifications related to institutional support by the project. -Collect and transmit to the regional supervisor of REACH-OUT all documentary evidence of expenditure incurred in the district in connection with the project -Update the Bank book, the cash book and produce bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis, -Produce monthly expense report and reconcile cash differences. -Participate in the evaluation and strategic management processes of the project. -Develop and submit to REACH-OUT Monthly and quarterly financial reports latest the 5th of each month. -Attend Weekly, Monthly and quarterly project coordination meeting Task Performed Keep inventory of stock in accordance with the Global Fund NFM3/GC7 Project Placing supply, shortage and surplus orders with the Regional coordination Team Prepare stock cards, reception, delivery and stock discharged notes Prepare monthly, quarterly and per semester GAS reports Monitoring the stock of Global Fund NFM3 Products Performed physical inventory counts monthly to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
