Ensure an effective management of cash flow by monitoring and controlling income and expenditure of the organization.
Track the financial progress of all the organization projects
Ensure proper implementation of project field activities to be able to effect the required payments and subsequent justifications
Carryout financial reporting according to funder’s regulations and procedures in compliance with that of HEDECS

Set up an organized accounting system, respecting accounting principles and meeting the requirements of the project and the revised SYSCOHADA;

Follow the management of stocks and "day to day" movement of products in the - program
Produced product reports (physical inventory of products and inventory management sheets by nature of the product, origin and month)
Archiving at the accounting level, copies of supporting documents in the various journals (cash, bank, mobile payments) and at the inventory level, monthly physical inventories accompanied by the various stock management sheets by type of product as well as supporting documents
Showing the various transactions appearing in the stock management sheets (delivery note for entries and exit/discharge note for stock exits);
Perform any other task assigned by the hierarchy.
Work in compliance with confidentiality standards and not to make public comments or statements likely to infringe the privacy and security of all project stakeholders, including that of the beneficiaries
-Effectively and efficiently manage the HEDECS BAFUT-Global Fund New Funding Model Accounts with the highest level of transparency;
-Prepare Process Verbal for the payment of fixed and variable bonuses of CHWs.
-Collect and compile all justifications related to payments made for project activities, project staff according to the financial procedure manual provided by REACH-OUT
-Produce and submit all justifications related to institutional support by the project.
-Collect and transmit to the regional supervisor of REACH-OUT all documentary evidence of expenditure incurred in the district in connection with the project
-Update the Bank book, the cash book and produce bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis,
-Produce monthly expense report and reconcile cash differences.
-Participate in the evaluation and strategic management processes of the project.
-Develop and submit to REACH-OUT Monthly and quarterly financial reports latest the 5th of each month.
-Attend Weekly, Monthly and quarterly project coordination meeting
