Professionally, I am a project manager for an email fulfillment team. For the past five years, customer retention and email marketing have been my life. No matter how difficult the job or the customer is, I make it my mission to make sure their vision is executed, without going over company resources. This has been a remote job, where I've had to craft my own schedule and learn my own time management, while also working with a fully remote team. In my spare time, I am a writer who has published two books. Now, I am looking to marry these two skills to make your brand's story shine, through exceptional customer service to a concise, easy to navigate mission statement that resonates in all of your marketing.
