As a Electrical Engineer I have knowledge and mastery of the principles, concepts and methodologies of science physics and mathematics, which allow me to understand the technology of electricity and their future development, as well as I have the ability to use them in the analysis and solving problems inherent to my profession. During my time working as a telemarketer:

I loved the experience of sales and I would like to live that experience again. I have defined myself as a charismatic, responsible person, with good oral and written diction and with excellent customer service. Capable to do anything to reach out the goals set in my work.

Working as Technical Support staff:

It is a job that requires a lot of attention to detail and agility. I am currently in charge of managing the team that processes the orders. During the process I have to process the measurements, make sure that the installation is possible, collect the corresponding charges, give details about the installation work and place the orders. In addition, we are responsible for providing technical support to designers and technicians, answering customers' questions about their orders and providing statistical reports on order and equipment performance.
