Working as Technical Support staff:

During the process I have to process the measurements, make sure that the installation is possible, collect the corresponding charges, give details about the installation work and place the orders. In addition, we are responsible for providing technical support to designers and technicians, answering customers' questions about their orders and providing statistical reports on order and equipment performance.
