ABOUT ME
I am a seasoned Marketing Manager with almost ten years of professional experience in digital and
content strategy, business development and marketing for industry leaders in skincare, automotive,
b2b, education & logistics sectors. I have an in-depth knowledge of web strategy, web content
management, website development and conversion optimization. As a skilled project manager, I
have over eight years of experience coordinating, planning and delivering all aspects of complex
web projects and system deployments. I have demonstrated success in leading and managing
international and cross-functional teams while maintaining a cooperative and motivated leadership
style.
I am proud to say that I designed a career path for me to create and learn as much as possible in a
short amount of time. I have gained valuable insights into various organizational structures, both
marketing agencies and corporate marketing departments. I have worked for big corporations like
NIVEA, Nestlé, BMW or TUI and also helped startups to position, market, and launch their products
and services to gain growth. For the last 4 years, I chose the entrepreneurial route. I have been an
independent freelancer, a digital nomad and lately an aspiring entrepreneur with my own business

Defined the content creation process for BOSCH Home&Garden as part of their restructuring
program for the global and local marketing teams.
Managed the onsite and offsite team for the NIVEA international website rollout. Implemented a
new communication process to prioritize bug fixing vs. new implementations.
Successfully established the regional B2B marketing department for Europcar Germany with a
yearly revenue growth of 30%.
Set up my own company Website Counseling while relocating from Germany to Hong Kong. After
only 2 months, I successfully acquired paying clients, talked at events on a regular basis and was
part of the UX-conference Service Design Hong Kong.
Onboarded the new client BMW for the agency Jung von Matt and defined new processes for the
global marketing account.
Helped SMEs and startups to set up a marketing strategy for growth and managed all marketing
channels to achieve results. My analytical and data-driven approach led to insights to find the best
marketing channels at a faster pace.

Strategist for the new content platform "All About DIY“. Set up the reportings for
the platform, social media channels and SEA. Managed the social media and
content creation team. Was in charge to roll out the new Content Marketing
Platform Percolate for the international team.

I was in charge to coordinate all marketing activities for the hotel opening. I
managed the launch of the website with the web agency, set up all social media
channels and defined the channel strategy. After only 2 months, the marketing
results achieved the goal of the daily average booking rate.

As CMO, I defined and managed the marketing strategy and all activities to gain
traction for the startup. I successfully grew the number of beta testers by 80%
in 6 months, increased the website traffic by 23% and got a higher social media
reach on Facebook and LinkedIn.
