My name is Barbrah, I have worked as a customer service specialist and sales representative. I also experience in the Hospitality and tourism industry. I have strong communication, listening skills, and problem solving which make it easier to build rapport, and understand customer needs and deliver what the client requires. I enjoy working in a team because it allows me to learn from my colleagues and collaborate to achieve the team's goals. I have worked remotely for more than a year which has helped in interpersonal skills because I had to work with colleagues from different nations.
