I started working in BPO industry since 2009 and I've handled different account and line of business. I started as back office representative which handles electricity and gas bills for the Australian clients. Then I moved to voice accounts which are mostly technical support. In 2014, I got promoted as Quality Evaluator which monitors calls of the agents and team leads. After 4 years, I worked as a freelancer as Data agent for a hotel. I am assigned to enter guest information in the data base and run report to scrub any incorrect information/details. Also, I am assigned in charging prepayments to guest reservations. I am a bit obsessive-compulsive, that's why I make sure that I have the correct details and everything is in order. I can easily adapt to changes and I can also multi-task. I can work with minimal supervision and with the team.
