Good morning everyone! 

I have been in the Customer Service Industry for more than 10 years through various BPO clients ranging from Accounting Software to Telecommunications as well as Internet Service Providers and lastly as a Member's Advocate for a Healthcare Company for the State of New York. 

I transitioned to the Freelance Industry before the end of 2019 still as a Customer Service Representative for an Ecommerce Company with a focus on an essential line of skin, body and hair products for men.

I handled tickets via Chat and Email (Kustomer and Zendesk) then was assigned to handle Amazon customers straight from the Amazon Seller Central webpage. 

I was also trained to consolidate revenue reports, monitor A to Z claims, Customer Reviews, Feedbacks and Voice of the Customer.

I am also assigned to handle refunds, returns and warranty replacements via the Amazon Seller Central website and Shopify.

I feel blessed to have been trained with Deals, Coupons and lastly with ASIN management.

I am excited to learn more skills with a new client considering that I have been with this current client as a full time freelancer since Dec2019. I am not ready to give up this account though but I am more than willing to work part-time (20 hours a week) with a new client who is willing to take me in. 

As they say, life is an adventure and I need a new adventure for this time of the year.
