My name is Barbara Anne Johnston and I am a Digital Marketer VA and a Translator. I am the founder of BAJ Services. I work as a freelancer. I am a happy wife and mother of 4. I live in the beautiful country of Guatemala, in Central America. I love doing sports and reading books.
I worked for 6 years as a translator in a translation company. We did free and sworn translations. I've been an Administrative Assistant for 10 years.
This year I have dedicated myself to learning digital marketing and doing internships to gain experience and learn the work environment. I have worked for people from different countries.
My goal is to help entrepreneurs grow their business. I am a self-taught person, that if I don't know how to do something or manage a program or software, I learn it by myself and implement it. I like to work with excellence and give everything of myself. I have experience in event organization, people management, agenda management, carrying out all secretarial tasks.
This year I have learned to write articles for blogs, I have built web pages, design posters, design posts Instagram and Facebook. I have managed a WordPress page; I have contacted influencers to write articles for the page.
I also learned how to manage a platform called Kartra. It is a platform for marketers. I made landing pages, summit pages, edited videos for the pages.
I worked for a person who has a page where they teach English and Spanish. For this person, I wrote articles in English and Spanish about the importance of language. I also did some research on Instagram to share with my co-workers. Each person on the team taught a Social Media platform. We learned to manage the main Social Media platforms. Everyone on the team was from different countries so we learned to work in a different cultural environment A very interesting job.
I also worked for a production company. Writing posts for their Facebook and Instagram accounts. I learned how to use some software to program the posts for social media platforms.
