I have 4+ Years’ experience in the Administration field having worked as an Office Manager for a consulting and construction company respectively. My roles and duties as an Office Manager also included being a Personal Assistant for the company directors. My primary duties include tender/ sales management and administration, office management, client relations management and diary management. I am qualified in internal auditing (ISO 19011:2019) and quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015). In my position as office manager I have led a team which saw the company receiving qualified audits for two consecutive years with no non-conformance recorded against the company. In my capacity. Under my leadership I have also ensured that the company reached its sales target as projected for the financial year, which saw the company being awarded a multimillion-rand contract with a platinum client. My core functions also include staff management, monitoring and evaluation, facilitation and coordination, Occupational health and safety implementation and monitoring in the workplace.
I am a well-organized, highly motivated young woman who works meticulously with great attention to detail. I have strong communication skills both written, read and verbal, with excellent people management skills as I have experience in leading a team of people in the workplace.
I am able to work independently as well as in a group so as to ensure the best results for the company and its management as a support system to them. I am well acquainted with working long hours and my strength lies in problem solving as I am best in critical thinking.
