Operational activities include, Inter alia:
Managing the support department
Assigning support tickets
Identifying operational trends
Sim card management
Report to directors on output of department and client interaction
Managing large roll-outs and monitoring delivery
Client Relationship Manager for all existing and new clients
Monthly communication with clients regarding service and delivery standards in relation to their accounts (Invoicing, payments and account reconciliations)
Drafting operational reports and templates
Manage the invoicing system
Procurement
Manage multiple email accounts, monthly adverts and editorials, social media accounts
