I have been in this industry for 13 years now doing what I love to do and that is to provide an excellent customer experience. I have handled telecommunications and e-commerce businesses focusing on customer satisfaction and resolution. I worked in a BPO industry for 11 years and started as a subject matter expert and work my way up to becoming an operations manager handling different channels such as voice, email and chat channel to a Telecommunications in Australia. I decided to move to a home-based platform in October 2017 and worked in a US-based e-commerce company as a Team Leader of a customer service team.
