I’m a management professional with over 14 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, and AI-driven programs across companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Amazon. I started my career in the banking and financial services sector after completing my MBA, and over time I moved into large-scale operations and technology environments, where I found my strength in managing teams, improving processes, and handling complex, high-risk workflows.

At Amazon, I worked in e-commerce operations, supporting global sellers across the US, EU, and Canada markets. That role gave me a strong foundation in customer experience, technical issue resolution, and performance management. I later moved to Accenture, where I spent several years in Trust & Safety operations for a global ads platform. There, I led teams across multiple regions, handled sensitive escalations, and was responsible for training, quality, and workforce planning. One of the major milestones during that time was scaling a team from a few dozen to over a hundred employees within a short span, while maintaining service levels and client confidence.

Currently, I work with Microsoft in AI operations, where I lead teams handling high-sensitivity content across categories like child safety, violence, and other restricted areas. The work involves strict compliance, accuracy, and risk management, along with a strong focus on team well-being due to the nature of the content. I’ve also been involved in global onboarding initiatives and projects aimed at improving AI model accuracy through high-quality annotations.

Across my career, I’ve consistently worked in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, managing large teams, driving operational improvements, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. My strengths lie in leadership, process optimization, and creating stable, high-performing teams even in complex or sensitive domains.

Personally, I see myself as a practical and people-focused leader. I believe in setting clear expectations, being approachable, and solving problems with a calm, structured approach. I’m now looking for opportunities where I can take on broader responsibilities, contribute to strategic operations, and continue growing in leadership roles.
