Azriel Domingo

Hi!

I am Azriel Domingo, from the Philippines. You can call me Az.

I am currently a freelancer. Working from home. A Fresh Graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising. During my College years, I served our campus publication for three years as an illustrator, cartoonist, writer, lay out artist/ editor and in my final year in the said university I became the Editor-In-Chief of the said publication.

My hobbies include painting, playing computer games and a lot of Youtube or Anime. My recent easy to pick anime would be Shengeki no Kyoujin or Attack on Titan. An intense action-packed drama anime with amazing lore and world building and I could easily say a better show than Game of Thrones but let’s not compare an anime with a TV series.

I am an expert at Adobe Products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects. I also use other non-Adobe products such as Corel Draw, Clip Studio Paint, SketchUp, Sony Vegas and Figma. I also know basic 2d and flash animation and some motion graphics.

I love Art. I live and breathe it almost every single day. I started doing art young but really refined and furnished it in my college years. I can say that I am confident about my skills and is able to compete with fellow artists.

I am a creative individual who is a fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. I can also easily switch to other new programs if the work needs it to be as long as there are guides. And I would like to really work or focus more on illustration projects specially for children’s book. I think it would be a great addition to my growing portfolio.

My actual work experience is during my internship at a local advertising firm. Where we, as an intern, helped in an organizing event and made advertising paraphernalia for the said event. I also freelanced during my college years. Doing different works related and non-related to graphics and design. I am actually a hard worker.

I would really love to freelance, aside from being able to paint at the side. Freelancing gives me the opportunity to really focus on the job I really want rather than just do design work halfhearted. With the added benefits of not cruising through-traffic, as traffic here in the Philippines is really heavy and exhausting and waking up at any moment of the day or night as long as I am able to finish the job requirement.
