RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Establishment of Tissue Culture of Root and Leaf Explants of Cucumis sativus and Optimization of Transformation Conditions:
In this research work various parameters of regeneration and transformation of Cucumis sativus (Cucumber) cv. Amazon and Dynasty were investigated. Successful optimization of tissue culture conditions as well as Agrobacterium-mediated transformation was achieved using nptII gene for kanamycin resistance, as a selection markers.
Relationship between High Sensitive CRP, Albumin and Total Leukocyte Count Levels in Coronary Artery Disease patients:
This study was conducted in human subjects reported for coronary artery disease to determine the prevalence of CAD in different age groups and its ratio in males and females. Also analyzing the relationship between various cardiac markers used for confirmation of disease.
