I am very flexible and adaptable to new skills and environment. I was part of the pioneer team of Groupon Philippines, spearheaded the Partner/Relationship Management Department, I did onboarding training and orientation both to new employees and Groupon's Merchant partners. I was the liaison betweent the company's internal departments and it's clients. I am motivated by positive results and feedbacks from projects I initiated with colleages and partner merchants as well. I also had a similar role in Zing Rewards which is a rewards platform. I was the Senior Accounts and Technical Support Manager. The only difference is also being the point person for troubleshooting of the hardware the company provided their merchants. I do product orientation, and basically walk the clients through the whole process of the rewards system. I also did some marketing collaboration projects between the company and interested merchants. I thrive well in a positive, innovative and rewarding organization. I like going out of my way to make ends meet, and ensure the tasks assigned to me are flawlessly done.
