Worked on Linux and Windows OS, Virtual machine creation & creation of other resources through portal / templates / azure PowerShell / azure Cli, Azure VM image creation and their scanning, Troubleshooting azure resources, Windows and Linux image gallery update, working on patching activity using sanernow tool and azure update management, backup and restore of VM from azure, backup and restore of VM from commvault, taking disk snapshots and restoring them as VHD, Certificate renewal from azure and on prem system (serverra), creating VNET and Subnets, NSG rule additions and deletions, working on azure alerts, creating incidents for critical alerts and disk cleanup, providing access to users on Linux as well as Windows server, Orphaned resource deletion and thereby saving cost, updating tags on resources and resource groups, taking handover of VM from application teams by following a proper process, Expansion of disk (OS and data disk) to meet storage requirements, Redeploying VMs, Restarting VMs, collection of missing patch detail and missing backup before patching, presentation of change under TAB meeting, scaling up of VM, Checking service health, Creating user, assigning permissions and placing in groups, Creation of rules under app gateway, IIS configuration on servers, Troubleshooting azure resources, Resolving and monitoring vulnerabilities via Vurious, Windows and Linux OS activities. Also worked on Oracle Cloud as Cloud Administrator. Did OMC upgrade, IDCS version upgrade, scaling up of VMs, restarting VMs, Maintenance reboot monitoring, scheduling and performing the same, providing access on VMs, working on alerts and resolving the same.
