Brief Description
Healthy and easy to cook meal with goodness of broccoli and amazing taste of cheesy chicken and rice, this dish is a winner for when you want something simple and delicious for dinner. A satisfying meal loaded with cheese and soup creams to give unique flavour to the chicken, this dish makes 8 normal servings.
Ingredients
Some good old chicken and rice
Two cups of uncooked instant rice
Two cans of drained chunk chicken
Vegetables
One package of chopped broccoli (frozen)
One white onion, small and chopped
Cheese and creams
A pound of processed cheese
A can of mushroom soup cream (condensed)
A can of chicken soup cream (condensed)
Others
Two cups of water
One fourth cup of butter
One cup of milk
Instruction
To start with this delicacy, you have to first preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now you have to take a medium saucepan and boil the water in it.
Mix the instant rice in the boiling water and cover the pan with a lid quickly. Now remove it from the heat and let it stand for good five minutes.
Get a 9x13 inches baking dish and take all the ingredients you have set aside on your preparation table, mix them all with the prepared rice.
You should remember to mix all the ingredients well for this dish to be perfect and as I said “tongue swirling”.
Now is the time to use that preheated oven! You have to bake this mixture in the oven for a good amount of 30-35 minutes so that the cheese can melt.
Remember to stir in the middle of the cooking process for the cheese to spread evenly (sounds yum right?)
The last step is to serve it hot and let your taste buds have a treat.

Brief Description
A low calorie chicken soup which is easy to make and will have a good balance of chicken, rice and the veggies. This soup will have you wanting for more. With all the ingredients already available in your kitchen shelf, this soup is a winner when you have some leftover food and want to put them to a delicious use.
Ingredients
Chicken and Rice
Five cups of chicken broth
Two chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Three fourth cup of rice (preferably brown)
Vegetables
A cup of diced celery
A cup of diced onion
One fourth cup of diced carrots
One fourth cup of corn
One fourth cup of black beans, rinsed and drained
One bay leaf
Others
One teaspoon of dried sage
One teaspoon of ground black pepper
One teaspoon of salt
Instruction
So first you have to boil the chicken broth in a pot (large)
Now for about 20 minutes, cook the chicken breast in the boiling broth and let it absorb all the flavour. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
You have to now remove it from the broth. You can use a slotted spoon to do so. Now shred it with fork.
Add up all the ingredients (except rice, that’s for the final touch), shredded chicken, onion, carrots, celery, black beans, bay leaves, sage, pepper and salt in the chicken broth. Now stir them well together and cook until all the vegetables are softened (slightly) and the flavours of soup have blended as well.
And for the last step all you have to do is to add rice into the soup and cook on slim heat until the rice is tender. This would take about an hour. You can read a nice magazine or read the nutritional facts of this recipe in the meantime.
Garnish it as you want it to and serve.
