I have been a virtual assistant for 3 years now. I started working as a lead generator from an employer who is real estate broker, generating leads for properties for sale. I was also a quality assurance of a Facebook page who sells leggings online. I make sure that there is no negative comments or reaction posted on the Facebook Page. I also respond to private chats regarding inquiries and customers service. My next job was Pricer/Puller/Hr Manager for a Ticket Broker, We sell and purchase concert tickets online until I became the HR Manager hiring and doing the interview for possible new employees as his business grown. I was with them for 2 years.
I have also work for 4 years as customer service representative and technical support representative which I have learned a lot from supporting customers concern, technical services up to sales support.
