I have solid experience in IT administration and support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring network devices, and optimizing system performance. I am proficient with a range of tools, including Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit and John the Ripper, for vulnerability detection and mitigation. I am also skilled in managing and securing IT infrastructures, ensuring systems are compliant with industry standards and my ISC2 Certification in Cybersecurity highlights my proficiency in basic information security standards and concepts as well as strong foundation in network security concepts and protocols.
