Ayoola is a chartered accountant and certified Financial Risk Manager with over 7 years of experience in finance operations, governance and controls transformation including controls design, testing and implementations for multinationals including clients within the financial services industry (banks, insurance, asset management and Fintech firms). He leverages his external audit background, skillset in accounting, experience in internal audit and controls and risk management to support organisations transform their processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. His professional experience spans both the African and UK markets where he has performed internal controls reviews, internal audit of financial and key operational processes, process mapping, assessing/developing enterprise risk management frameworks. Ayoola also possesses a practical understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and international standards such as the COSO ERM and COSO internal control frameworks, BASEL, EU Benchmark Regulations, IOSCO Principles, and IFRS.
