Schedule various meetings and facilitate communications involving Project Managers, Team members, Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors etc. Prepare Meeting Agendas, take Meeting Notes and prepare Minutes of Meetings as required. Create project documents like Project Scope Statement, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), WBS Dictionary, Risk Register, Issue Logs, Assumption Logs, Lessons-learnt Register, Final Report etc and update as needed. Create and track user stories in Jira as needed. Support SDLC projects using Agile methodology. Track Action Items and follow with open items. Maintain and update various Project Management Office (PMO) templates as required. Assist the Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). Collaborate with Product Owner to document Product Scope and Requirements. Evaluate Change Requests as needed and participate in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to obtain approvals for change implementation. Create Burn down chart.
