As HR supervisor I am the go-between for staff and management.
My task includes but is not limited to;
Managing our human resource management system (OrangeHRM); I alongside our IT team
deployed and configured the HR system and I manage it.

Recruitment and selection; alongside side the hiring team we recruit the necessary staff and
talent for VRF and address any issues with respect to firing, suspension, etc.

Performance Appraisals and remuneration; I and my team carry out quarterly as well as
monthly Appraisals for staff.

Discipline and arbitration; I ensure that the workspace is comfortable for all the staff and
actively carry out conflict resolution as well as disciplinary actions for wayward staff.
