With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication from German Jordanian University, I have developed a versatile skill set that enables me to work effectively in different sectors and contexts. I have experience in banking, hospitality, higher education, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), where I have honed my abilities in translation, community management, communications, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).

As a Program Assistant at Mercy Corps, I manage online groups and gatherings of mentors and entrepreneurs in the MENA region, provide Arabic-English translation for the website and various documents, and serve as the M&E focal point for MicroMentor within MercyCorps. Previously, I was a Communications Assistant at Blumont, Inc., where I assisted with social media management, media relations, and success stories.
