I am a customer support specialist and a sales expert with over 6 years of combined experience in various aspects of customer support and sales, client onboarding, customer experience, and customer success. With every customer interaction I have had in my previous roles, I make building trusted relationships a priority because this is the core of every great customer experience and satisfaction. 

I have practical knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) through the use of tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, and Monday.com. I have also gained proficiency in project management software (Trello, Asana), video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet), and office software tools (Microsoft Office Suite). 

As a customer support specialist, I leverage my natural inclination for problem-solving to improve clients' experiences and satisfy their needs. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships where I can act as a reliable partner dedicated to finding answers and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
