I was trained in the skill area of customer service at HEART Trust NTA Buff Bay Vocational Training Centre where I obtained a level 2 NVQJ Certificate and a Housekeeper at the Health Education and Counseling Institute where I obtained a International Certificate in Housekeeping. I am able to provide quality customer service, perform computing and handle telephone calls. I have three (3) years experience in providing quality customer service to customers gained while working at Tyrell’s Chemical as a Sales Clerk, one week experience working as an Administrative Assistant at the Annotto Bay Hospital, four weeks experience working as a Records Clerk at The Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Three Months Experience working as an Ophthalmic Dispenser at Optical Solutions Intl and two weeks experience working as a Housekeeper at Tim Bamboo Hotel.
