I’ve had the opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set in customer service, sales, and communication, particularly in e-commerce, website design, and real estate. My journey began in the fast-paced e-commerce sector, where I worked in customer service. This role gave me valuable experience in handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring each customer left with a positive experience. It wasn't just about answering questions but about making real connections and problem-solving in ways that left customers feeling heard and valued. The fast-paced environment taught me how to stay organized and think quickly while maintaining high professionalism.

Following my time in e-commerce, I transitioned to outbound sales for a website design company. This role required a proactive approach, as I was tasked with reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and building rapport to drive business growth. I found it rewarding to connect with people who were looking to improve their online presence and help them understand how we could meet their needs. I quickly learned how to tailor my pitch based on the client’s specific goals, whether it was about improving their website’s design, functionality, or overall user experience. It was a dynamic role that honed my ability to listen, adapt, and communicate effectively.

Most recently, I worked as a cold caller in real estate, where I was responsible for reaching out to potential property buyers and sellers. This role pushed me outside of my comfort zone, as it required me to be persistent, yet polite, and to handle rejection with grace. It was an incredibly rewarding experience because I got to interact with people from all walks of life, each with unique needs and preferences. The ability to quickly build rapport with strangers and establish trust over the phone was something I took pride in, and it taught me how to stay motivated despite challenges.

Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: my passion for technology and my love for engaging with different types of people. I am tech-savvy and enjoy learning new tools to enhance my workflow, whether it's managing customer interactions through various platforms or researching new methods to improve sales strategies. I believe in the power of effective communication and connection, and I’m always excited to engage with new people, understand their needs, and work toward finding solutions that benefit everyone.
