SUMMARY:
As a Chief Talent Officer for The KPI Institute I get to do some really meaningful
work. One of my favorite things is supporting our business growth by making things
smoother in the organization. I am a fan of small improvements, little things that if
done gradually and according to a good plan can deliver a great deal of
transformation in people and thus in the organization.
When not looking over our talented people, I like playing with my 2y old son, cooking
and reading about other cultures.
