I am a hardworking and reliable individual who has an extensive experience as a customer service representative in a BPO company for over 6 years. I have knowledge about customer service applications and administrative procedures. I am skilled in resolving customer’s inquiries, requests or complaints. I know how to work with Microsoft word and excel.I am flexible to whatever work schedule being offered to me and can work with less supervision. My greatest strength is my ability to work effectively with many different people and listen to their ideas.
