My name is Augustine Patrick Simon, I am from Nigeria. I provide remote support to clients and business owners who want to grow their businesses by providing email management, handling customers enquiries, scheduling appointments and assisting with administrative task.
I use tools like hubspot, Slack, calendly, freshdesk, zendesk, pick time etc, to help my clients businesses run their daily operations effectively.
Currently I am working with Rex Christus College where I help in organising administrative activities, handles enquiries from both current and prospective parents, responding to emails and schedule appointment with parents where necessary.
I believe I am best fit for any role because I have the ability to adapt to new environment and new tools, I can communicate effectively which will help improve customer Relationship, I have the ability to learn fast as I strive to improve and also help other to do same.
